§ 1. Scope and Customer Information
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through the ITB Music Online store. The contract is between you, the customer, and ITB Music Online, operated solely by Kalin Mirchev. The contract language is English.
§ 2. Conclusion of Contract
(1) The offers on our website are a binding offer for you to purchase goods.
(2) You can add one or more products to the shopping cart. During the ordering process, you will be asked to enter your details, select a payment type, and confirm that you agree to these terms and conditions. By checking the box next to the order button, you agree to these terms and conditions, including our No Returns or Refunds policy, and accept our offer to conclude a purchase contract.
The products are then made available to you for immediate download.
(3) By consenting to the immediate download of this digital content, you acknowledge that you are waiving your right of withdrawal.
§ 3. Returns and Refunds
As all of our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are considered final and non-refundable once the download has been initiated.
However, in cases of clear error, such as a duplicated orders, we are committed to finding a fair solution and encourage you to contact us directly.
§ 4. No Time Limit
After purchasing, there is no time limit for downloading the product. You can access the link at any time via your customer account and download the product.
§ 5. Number of Downloads
You can download paid products up to five times and free products (0 EUR) up to three times.
§ 6. Usage Rights and Restrictions
You can only make copies of the products you download for your personal use.
You may NOT share, sell, or transfer the products you have downloaded to others in any way.
§ 7. Customer information: Storing the Contract
We save the details of your order and contract. We will send a copy of the contract terms and your order details to your email, which you should save for your records. You can also view your order history at any time by logging into your customer account (My account > Orders).
§ 8. Customer Information: Correction Notice
You can correct your entries at any time before placing the order. We will provide further options for correction throughout the ordering process. You can also end the ordering process at any time by closing the browser window.
§ 9. Statutory Liability For Defects
Statutory rights of liability for defects in our goods remain unaffected.
§ 10. Limitation Of Liability
We exclude liability for slightly negligent breaches of duty, provided these do not relate to essential contractual obligations, injury to life, body, or health, or guarantees. The same applies to breaches of duty by our vicarious agents and our legal representatives. The essential contractual obligations include the obligation to provide you with goods free of defects.
