§ 1. Scope and Customer Information
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through the ITB Music Online store. The contract is between you, the customer, and ITB Music Online, operated solely by Kalin Mirchev. The contract language is English.
§ 2. Conclusion of Contract
(1) The offers on our website are a binding offer for you to purchase goods.
(2) By checking the box next to the order button, you agree to these terms and conditions, including our No Returns or Refunds policy, and accept our offer to conclude a purchase contract. Products are made available for immediate download.
(3) By consenting to immediate download, you acknowledge you are waiving your right of withdrawal.
§ 3. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final and non-refundable once the download has initiated. In cases of clear error (e.g., duplicate orders), contact us at itbmusiconline@gmail.com. You agree to contact support before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks will result in account termination and revocation of product access.
§ 4. No Time Limit
There is no time limit for downloading purchased products via your customer account.
§ 5. Number of Downloads
Paid products: 5 downloads. Free products (0 EUR): 3 downloads.
§ 6. Usage Rights and Restrictions
The specific usage rights for each product (including commercial and sync rights) are governed by the End User License Agreement (EULA) provided with the content. You may not share, sell, or transfer the downloaded raw files to others.
§ 7. Storing the Contract
We save your order details and send a copy to your email. Order history is available in your “My Account” section.
§ 8. Correction Notice
You can correct entries or end the process at any time before clicking the final order button.
§ 9. Statutory Liability For Defects
Statutory rights of liability for defects in our goods remain unaffected.
§ 10. Limitation Of Liability
We exclude liability for slightly negligent breaches of duty, provided these do not relate to essential contractual obligations, injury to life, body, or health, or guarantees. Essential contractual obligations include providing goods free of defects.
